Monica joined the Miceli family in 2011 and has been working at Mici ever since. Although she has no background in the hospitality industry, she has learned the business inside and out with hands-on roles in the front of house, kitchen, catering and community outreach. She is passionate about quality of service and has high standards for guest experience. Her Bachelors of Business degree and being fluent in Spanish are huge assets to our company. She enjoys the connection she maintains with regular customers and long-time employees as she works part-time while raising her three young children with husband, Michael. You can always find them on an adventure during their time off or hosting family gatherings with the rest of the Miceli crew.
