Shelley Howard

General Manager

Shelley currently serves as the general manager of our Lafayette, CO location.  She is a Colorado native and has dedicated her entire career to the restaurant industry with over twenty years in management. She started with Mici in 2016 as a part-time delivery driver, working to make some extra money.  We quickly recognized what an asset Shelley was to our company and were fortunate enough to hire her full time.  Since then, she has contributed to Mici’s success in the area of technology while troubleshooting and being a test site for new point of sale and ordering platforms.  We were proud to recognize Shelley as GM of the year in 2021.  In her free time, Shelley enjoys taking trips to Las Vegas and Central City and spending time with her grown children.
