Sarah Brodhead

General Manager

Sarah attended Johnson and Wales University in Denver earning an AS in Baking and Pastry and a BS in Food Service Management. She joined our team in 2012 as a part-time front of house employee, while working on her degree. She quickly proved that she had what it took to work her way up to a management position, and in 2021 she moved back to her hometown of Colorado Springs to serve as the general manager of our 6th location.  Sarah is very work driven, but during her free time she enjoys being in nature to recharge in the mountains.
